Hugo Camberos, the CD Guadalajara forward, has caught the eye of both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur after a stunning run of form at the 2026 Concacaf U20 Championship in Puebla, Mexico. According to Mexican outlet TUDN and journalist Zaritzi Sosa, both north London clubs sent scouts to the Cuauhtémoc Stadium to watch Camberos in action during Mexico’s 4-0 demolition of Guatemala.

Who is Hugo Camberos?
Born on January 21, 2007, in Autlán, Jalisco, Camberos came through the Guadalajara academy before a loan spell with reserve side Tapatío in 2024. He returned to Chivas in January 2025 and hasn’t looked back.
